At Najad we take our responsibilities toward the environment seriously, as demonstrated by our recent awards. Our Environmental Policy is a cornerstone of our approach toward boat building.

Sailing and nature go hand in hand  

Our environmental well-being and the preservation of natural species are fundamental to the concept of sail and very much part of how we run our business. At both our head office and manufacturing facilities at Najadvarvet AB and Hull Manufacturers Scandinavia, we are committed to an active and constantly updated environmental policy.     

Everyone has an environmental responsibility  

We regard our environmental responsibilities extremely highly and why merely complying with current legislation is the very least we are doing. Through significant investment and continuous improvement, we are exceeding current environmental practices in our daily work routines and the manufacturing process. We are actively working to minimise the use of unsustainable materials and prevent the harmful effects of negative emissions.    

Our part in the long-term preservation of our environment  

In collaboration with our stakeholders and third party suppliers, we are constantly developing and refining our manufacturing processes and sourcing renewable materials and resources to create long lasting, sustainable development in the yacht manufacturing industry.      

Evidenced through our systems and our day-to-day policies our ambition at Najadvarvet AB and Hull Manufacturers Scandinavia is to be one of the industry’s leading exponents in resource-efficient and environmentally friendly yacht production.
