The confidence your Najad imparts can be inspirational. You realise that the world’s oceans are yours to explore – and the opportunities for adventure and new experiences are limited only by your imagination. 

Participation in an organised rally is an excellent way to become familiar with the extraordinary capabilities of your Najad. Professionally organised events offer a range of passage routes, from ocean crossings through to ‘around the world’ events. These have become increasingly popular in recent years and Najad owners have been amongst the most successful participants. 

What may seem a daunting challenge at first, soon becomes immensely enjoyable as your Najad works with you to offer a sailing experience second to none. Advice on pre-passage preparation, equipment and planning is plentiful and most events have an active social agenda both before departure and upon arrival. 

At a local level the Najad Owner Associations offer an ideal opportunity to sail in company with fellow owners. Organised events and social gatherings make Najad ownership even more pleasurable and provide a wealth of information and shared experiences.   

Choosing to own a Najad really is the start of your great adventure.

In the last ARC race, the Najad 570 Weir Kraken took part and the crew kept rather an entertaining blog, which gives a real insight into taking part in such an event.
